About UniShellect

Version 2 of a command line tool to load a menu of commands to help load shells/consoles/interpreters/files with arguments. This is inspired by the "hyper-shellect" plug-in for the "Hyper" terminal.

This tool parses a JSON config file and loads a menu of shells, interpreters, files, commands and possible arguments into any cli.

How to install UniShellect

  1. Click Download — the project's official release page opens in a new tab.

  3. Make it executable: right-click › Properties › Permissions › Allow executing as program, or run chmod +x the-file.AppImage in a terminal.
  4. Double-click the file to run UniShellect — there's nothing to install, and you can delete the file to remove it.
