About Styx

Styx runs Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and Cursor's agent across all your projects in one window. Each task gets its own branch, and an agent has to ask before it deploys or touches anything live.

How to install Styx

  1. Click Download — the project's official release page opens in a new tab.
  2. Download the latest .AppImage file.
  3. Make it executable: right-click › Properties › Permissions › Allow executing as program, or run chmod +x the-file.AppImage in a terminal.
  4. Double-click the file to run Styx — there's nothing to install, and you can delete the file to remove it.
