Metabuli App is the graphical user interface for Metabuli, a metagenomic classification that jointly analyzes both DNA and amino acid sequences. Built with Vue.js and Electron, it provides an intuitive interface for running metagenomic classification jobs and visualizing the results.

How to install Metabuli.App

Click Download — the project's official release page opens in a new tab.
Download the latest .AppImage file.
Make it executable: right-click › Properties › Permissions › Allow executing as program, or run chmod +x the-file.AppImage in a terminal.
Double-click the file to run Metabuli.App — there's nothing to install, and you can delete the file to remove it.
