How to install Filen
- Click Download — the project's official release page opens in a new tab.
- Download the latest .AppImage file.
- Make it executable: right-click › Properties › Permissions › Allow executing as program, or run chmod +x the-file.AppImage in a terminal.
- Double-click the file to run Filen — there's nothing to install, and you can delete the file to remove it.

Is Filen free to download?
Yes. The Download button sends you to cdn.filen.io, the developer's official site, where Filen is available to download. Appimo doesn't host or modify any files.
Is Filen safe?
Filen downloads directly from the developer. As always, scan the installer with your antivirus and choose Custom setup to skip any bundled extras.
